1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of apollogee.com, apollogee.ca and any purchase you make from us (the "Services"). Apollogee figurines are decorative collectible items intended for ages 14 and up. They are not toys. We aim to describe and photograph products accurately; colours and finish may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. A gift accompanies an apology but cannot guarantee any outcome, including forgiveness.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include shipping unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or if an item is unavailable. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
